managing your hot flashes at work

I once worked in a professional office with a wonderful woman who had mastered the art of managing menopause at work - by layering and wrapping!   She wore light and loose clothing and always had a wrap around her - or not around her - then around her.... you know what I mean!   

She always looked pulled together, elegant and effortless as she rode through the joy of hot flashes at work!
